Original variety of Burgundy (France), exactly of Máconnais
where today very vigorous Stock of early appearition exists
a small called population Chardonnay.
- The period of harvesting is very brief and must be made with
boxes of grapes of 25 kg and with taken care of much due to
its weak peel.
- Racimopeque6no, grapes of amber color, small, spherical and
of consistent pulp.
- The fermentation is controlled to 16ºC being a wine very
pale yellow color taking control more intense of the passage
of time.
- Their tropical primary aromas Emphasize. They have a high
aromatic potential with much body and structures.
- It is recommended to accompany with fresh seafood, fish
and cheeses
