Original variety of Burgundy (France), exactly of Máconnais
where today a small called population Chardonnay exists.
- Very vigorous stock of early brotación. The period
of harvesting is very brief and must be made with boxes of grapes
of 25 kg and with taken care of much due to its weak peel.
-Small cluster, grapes of amber color, small, spherical and
of consistent pulp.
- The fermentation is controlled to 16ºC being a wine very
pale yellow color taking control more intense of the passage
of time.
- They emphasize its tropical primary aromas. They have a high
aromatic potential with much body and structures.
- It is recommended to accompany with fresh seafood, fish and
cheeses.
