Original variety of the Valley of the Loira (France), its name
comes from the union of the word "Sauvage" (wild)
and "Vignon" (vine).
- Variety that adapts very well to cold and dry climates. Early
production.
- Cylindrical Clusters, medium size, of straw yellow color and
very aromatic juice.
- Its elaboration has been made by means of fermentation controlled
to 18ºC to guarantee very high an aromatic potential.
- High total acidity with flavors to grass recien cut with tones
yellow straw.
- It is recommended to accompany with fresh seafood, fish and
cheeses.
