and the Tempranillo in the case of the red. As far as the
culture and the elaboration it consists in broad strokes of
the following:
- The vines from which these grapes
come, during three years or harvests, have been dealt neither
the ground nor the stocks with products that are not natural
100%, obtaining therefore a free grape of any artificial
product
- At the moment of its processing they are continued controlling
all the steps and manipulations of the wine to finally guarantee
a totally natural wine that has respected the flora and
fauna of the environ.
- It is recommended to accompany with
fresh seafood, fishes and cheeses.
