- The variety Tempranillo, original
of Spain, also denominated Cencibel, Ull de Llebre, Red of
Toro, Fine Red, Red of the Country, Jacibera and Verdiell.
- Red variety very used for young red wines and Raisings.
With moderate productions but of highest quality.
- Cluster of so large means, compact and regulates. Grapes
of half-thick skin, soft pulp and colorless juice. Its maturation
is early, towards end of August.
- Our Tempranillo has been obtained by means of controlled
fermentation obtaining a color tone beer ruby. Their aromas
remember dry plums. Complete passage of mouth, structured
with unbelievable aftertaste own of the Variety.
- It is recommended to consume with sauced fishes, meats,
stews and cheeses.
