grape growing.
- It is a vigorous variety that prefers fresh lands, of early
appear, being very sensible to spring frosts and mildiu.
- Cylindrical clusters, medium size, with grapes of " blackish
" blue color. Thick skin, substantial pulp and very aromatic
wines.
- It has been processed by means of controlled temperature obtaining
raspberry-violet, elegant tones and with brightness. Its passage
of mouth is clean and personal. Their aromas remember us to
the almonds.
- It is recommended to consume with sauced fish, meats and cheeses.
