Denominated Syrah, Shiraz and Hermitage.
- Original red variety from the Valley of the Rhone. It behaves
very well in warm climates, although in cold climates it has
very good adaptation.
- Cylindrical, so large cluster medium, grapes of bluish color
with skin moderately thicken and substantial pulp.
- Has been processed with control of his temperature obtaining
a very dark wine with much body. A great aroma to violets that
remembers us to the grape from which it comes.
- It is recommended to consume with sauced fishes, meats and
cheeses.
